Publicis Groupe confirms M&C Saatchi discussions over Walker Media
Publicis Groupe has issued a statement confirming that it is in discussions with rivals M&C Saatchi in relation to the purchase of Walker Media.
The French communications group said that it ‘may’ be interested in purchasing a ‘significant’ share of the business but is unable to flesh out precisely what form any deal (if any) would take.
London based Walker Media was formed in 1998 and has a client list including Boots, Network Rail and Haribo.
Pubicis will make a further announcement on the negotiations in due course.
