Jewellery brand Tiffany's account is under review

London Metropolitan University has unveiled a tender, featuring two lots, for advertising creative and media buying. The University aims to appoint a supplier for a contract term of three years, with the mutual option to extend the contract for two further one-year periods. The contract is priced at between £3.55m and £3.9m, with agencies invited to tender for one or both lots.

The General Dental Council has issued two tender notices for UX design agencies. The contracts are worth £20,000-£30,000 and £40,000-£50,000, and the GDC is seeking agencies to develop and design its secure online application process for its applicant base.The contract is for a period of three months, beginning on 2 December and ending on 31 March.

HTC is conducting a global PR review for markets including US and Asia, after HTC's head of global public relations, Lorain Wong, resigned in October.

Publicis Groupe has issued a statement confirming that it is in discussions with rivals M&C Saatchi in relation to the purchase of Walker Media.

Electronics company Panasonic has tasked We Are Social with the creation of a number of social media campaigns that will include product launch and above-the-line support.

Premier Foods has announced the appointment of Carat to handle its media business, effective from January 2014. Carat will handle the media planning for the entire Premier Foods portfolio, including Ambrosia, Batchelors, Bisto, Hovis, Lloyd Grossman, Mr. Kipling, Oxo and Sharwood’s.

Carmex has appointed Whynot! to create a word of mouth and socially-led campaign to promote the brand’s classic lip balm pots.
