Carat aims to fill new roles as Australia/New Zealand strategy officer appointed

Carat (Melbourne) general manager Gavin Ashcroft has been appointed to the newly created role of chief strategy officer Carat Australia & New Zealand.

The appointment follows the recent arrival of Simon Ryan as CEO.

The agency is currently recruiting to fill the additional newly created positions of national heads of digital, investment and business development.

"This promotion and new national structure are a nod to the strength of the individuals and our drive to continually improve the way we are working,” Ryan said.

“This creates a national leadership team of ten senior media executives to direct our highly motivated business.
