London Metropolitan University has unveiled a tender, featuring two lots, for advertising creative and media buying.

The University aims to appoint a supplier for a contract term of three years, with the mutual option to extend the contract for two further one-year periods.

The contract is priced at between £3.55m and £3.9m, with agencies invited to tender for one or both lots.

The first lot is for the development and production of brand and marketing materials, creative concepts, design, artwork, finished materials, research and consultation. The second lot covers media campaign planning, media opportunity consultation and evaluation, and media negotiation and buying.

It is expected that there will be six operators appointed to the contract.

The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 20 December.

UPDATED: The London Metropolitan University has been in touch with The Drum to say that despite the deadline on the OJEU contract, the tender application process is now closed and the university cannot accept any more agencies.
