Sydney’s AJF Partnership has announced the hire of Lester Martinez as its new creative technologist.

His role is to combine and develop the agencies digital technology capabilities and creative ideas.

"We are placing a specific focus on our ideas being as technically robust as they are compelling and this needs to happen at the very beginning of creative development,” said Digby Richards, managing director of AJF Partnership, Sydney.

"Lester is an active member of the creative department working with the creative teams to realise the technical potential of an idea and ensure it can be brought to life on time and on budget, without risk."

Martinez formerly worked at Profero, BMF, Leo Burnett, Fremantle Media and Murdoch Books.
