Marcus Millgate has been named to take on the newly created role of Head of Shopper Marketing Australia for OgilvyAction. He joins from G2 Korea. Millgate previously worked on campaigns for Coca Cola, Diageo, BAT, Heineken and Nestle.

Jonathan Clayton Jones, the former creative director of Grazia magazine, has been named as the new creative director at digital publishing company Kaldor.

Oliver Disney has left his position at McCann to join Green Room Retail Design as head of business development.

Tor Myhren has been promoted to the role of worldwide chief creative officer of Grey as Tim Mellors departs following a 15-year career at the agency.

Sydney’s MEC has appointed Tim Flattery to its newly created role of head of business development & diversified services. His brief will be to drive new business growth.

Droga5 Europe has brought in Amy Garrett as head of project management. Garrett previously served at Mother London, where for six years she worked on campaigns for clients including Unilever, Boots, InBev, Comic Relief and Mondelez International.

Millennial Media has appointed Zac Pinkham as the interim managing director for EMEA, The Drum has learned, replacing Gavin Stirrat.

Guardian News and Media (GNM) has brought in Co-op brand director, David Magliano, to the newly created role of managing director for membership strategies. Prior to joining the Co-operative Group, Magliano served at Foundation Growth Consulting and Dyson.

Precedent has appointed Dadi judge Tori Winn as global creative director as it looks to expand its international footprint. Winn, who has previously worked on digital activity for the likes of Coca-Cola and British Airways, has been tasked with bolstering the digital agency’s creative output across all seven of their UK and Asia Pacific operations.

General Motors has appointed Uwe Ellinghaus as global chief marketing officer of its Cadillac brand as it looks to expand in international markets.

Factory Design Labs has appointed Yaniv Kanfi as executive vice president of digital. Kanfi, who previously served as VP of product and technology for Big Spaceship, has been tasked with re-imagining all facets of the digital team at the agency.

Steve Hatch has been appointed as the UK regional director of Facebook. He joins from MEC where he was chief executive.

Charlie Murdoch has been appointed by The Newspaper Works as its marketing director. Murdoch joins The Newspaper Works following senior roles in the radio and out-of-home sectors. He formerly worked at Eyecorp as marketing director.

Australian Brent Smart has been named as CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New York, where he was formerly incumbent worldwide managing director. He takes over from Durk Barnhill who moves into the business development director role.

Gustavo Martinez has been appointed global president and future successor to worldwide chairman and CEO, Bob Jeffrey, who will step down from the role in 2015. Martinez is set to join JWT in February 2014 from McCann Worldgroup, where he was president, Europe and Asia. Prior to that he was global director of global brand management and global new business director of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide.

We Are Social has appointed Elie Adamson as client services director at its London headquarters. Adamson joins from AKQA, where she spent the past two years as group account director, and takes over from Nicole Ghobrial, who is relocating to the We Are Social New York office from January 2014 to take up the role of clients services director there.

David Day and Larry Seftel have been joined Widen and Kennedy as creative directors, joining from Mother.
