I’ve worked very closely with him since I joined in 2005 and I know it was a difficult personal decision for him to make.
"We obviously will be sorry to see him go, but he leaves MEC as one of the UK’s most accomplished agencies and on the best possible terms. I and everyone at MEC wish him all the very best for his future at Facebook. Under Steve's leadership he has built an extremely strong management team and I will be working alongside them as we determine his successor to ensure the continued success and growth of MEC in the UK."
Prior to his role at MEC, Hatch spent time at Unilever, BMP DDB and PHD. He has worked for client accounts such as Sony, British Gas and the BBC.
