Newcastle-based digital communications provider Communicator has formed a strategic relationship with leading Norwegian digital agency OMG in an effort to accelerate the expansion of its customer base in the Nordic region.

Leading brands Stromberg, Elixia and Apotek1 are amongst 200 clients based in the Nordics who already use Trinity Mirror owned agency Communicator to send their email and SMS campaigns. The relationship with OMG will further cement Communicator’s presence in the Nordics.

Head of channel at Communicator Geoff Burns said: “Having worked with a number of leading brands in Norway we recognised the need to partner with a leading digital agency to help us expand and further enhance our reputation. We’re really proud to be working with an agency of OMG’s stature. “

Already the deal has paid off as Communicator is now working with long standing OMG client TGI Friday’s.

Jørgen Schibsted, managing director at OMG, added: “Having a solid digital communications partner such as Communicator is important for us. We deliver strategic CRM services to a growing client list and having a set partner and an application that we are familiar with provides us with the confidence that we need to deliver a quality product.

“Initiating this partnership with Communicator has already proven successful. In addition to adding customers to our list of clients we get a piece of a very skilled community and we are thriving off their expertise.”
