Following the continued success of The FA Fives football tournament, the Football Association has teamed up once again with Nottingham-based agency The Media Group to help five-a-side football to take over Wembley Stadium.

The best of the country’s small sided football talent has been battling it out across local heats and regional finals to compete in the December grand final of the nation’s most prestigious five a side football tournament.

Simon Walker, FA National Manager - Adult Grassroots Football, said, “The FA Fives delivers a unique opportunity for five-a-side footballers to compete at the home of football. We’re delighted to be working with The Media Group to deliver this prestigious event.”

Staging six regional finals around the country ahead of the Wembley showpiece, The Media Group has also provided branding and social media support to drive awareness of small sided football.

The Media Group’s events manager Adrian Eyre said: “The Media Group is excited to produce The FA Fives grand final again. The tournament is always a logistical challenge with 48 teams taking over Wembley Stadium. This is a special day for all the players and our aim is to make each of them have a memorable experience – just like the pros.”
