Playnation awards its PR and social media account to MC2

Playnation, the supplier of amusement and gaming machines, has handed its PR and social media account to MC2.

“We were impressed by MC2’s grasp of our business and the sector we operate in. With their experience of working with entrepreneurial businesses and implementing social and integrated media campaigns, we’re confident MC2 is the perfect strategic partner as we look to grow the business,” explained Playnation chief executive Adam Hodges.

Playnation was founded earlier this year after Palatine Private Equity backed the management buyout of the amusement and gaming division of Inspired Gaming.

MC2, which is also the retained PR adviser to Palatine, has been tasked with managing Playnation’s corporate and trade media relations, including raising the profile of the company among the business audience and the leisure and entertainment sector, as well as handling its social media.
