The Drum 30 under 30 women in digital 2013 highlights the top 30 women under the age of 30 making an impact in digital. Here we catch up with Hollie Wilcox, digital marketing manager, Ink Digital.

The Drum 30 under 30 women in digital is an annual platform recognising the next generation of digital talent. Over the course of 30 days we will be running interviews with each of the women profiled, to give more insight into their careers so far, professional achievements, and what they see as the next big game changers in digital.Today's profiled individual is digital marketing manager at Ink Digital, Hollie Wilcox. What is your biggest professional achievement so far? I have been involved in a number of really creative marketing campaigns with Ink Digital which have seen some fantastic engagement stats. One that really stands out was the first campaign I launched with Ink after being with the company just two weeks, this reached international audiences, increased website visits by 700 per cent and improved total visitor reach on social platforms by 600 per cent. The cherry on top was our lovely clients then going on to vote us as the UK's 'Best in Digital' agency at the RAR Awards earlier this year. What is the biggest challenge you've overcome in your career? Being a Yorkshire-based digital agency nestled in the rolling hills of Halifax, I'd say the biggest challenge has been pitching against some of the huge London agencies for key client accounts and continuing to win them! What's the next game changer in digital? For me, the biggest digital game changer is the development of wearable technology such a Google Glass and smart watches. These devices will completely change the digital landscape, opening up the number of channels people will have to consume digital and allowing technology to be fully integrated into our everyday lives. From a marketing angle, I'm excited to explore how companies can utilise this to target consumers on so many different levels and at any time. What would you like to be remembered for? I'd like to be remembered for being a down-to-earth Yorkshire lass who works very hard and is ambitious, reliable, creative and enthusiastic. Who inspires you most professionally or personally?I think I would have to say my Dad. He set up his own business at 23 and has always been the most hard-working and dedicated person I know. He has taught me so much about the business world as well as having a good work ethic and I've always aspired to have the same values he does. What would you be doing if you weren't doing this? I have always had a creative side and when I was younger, I wanted to be an interior designer. If I wasn't working in digital, I'd love to say that I'd be the next Kelly Hoppen, designing amazing homes for the rich and famous! How do you relax? I love going for long walks in the lovely Yorkshire countryside at the weekends or can be found chilling out with a chick flick and a glass of red! Describe your career to date in five words. What I love to do.This series profiling The Drum 30 under 30 women in digital will run for the duration of October. Yesterday's profiled individual was Fiona Gandy, international account director, 7thingsmedia.
