Aegis Media China’s TRIO to form Trio Isobar

Aegis Media has announced it has acquired Chinese full service digital agency TRIO Digital Integrated for an undisclosed sum.

TRIO is led by executive creative director Chris Chen and employs 120 people and will be rebranded as Trio Isobar to become part of the Isobar China group alongside the likes of wwwins Isobar and OMP.

Chen will continue to lead the rebranded agency, served by general manager April Chang and deputy general manager Britney Pai.
