DesignCrowd unveils alternative versions to Yahoo logo following mixed response

Last week, Yahoo unveiled its new identity, following a month of teaser logos being unveiled. Unfortunately, it led to mixed reviews, with one creative director describing it as ‘a lot of yahoo-ha about nothing’.

DesignCrowd, the global design crowdsourcing site, challenged its community to create their own version of the logo, with 242 responses coming in.

Here, we take a look at some of the creations received.

Created by anghelaht, this won the heart of DesignCrowd as the best logo.
