WeTransfer, the file-sharing service, has announced a Where’s Wally? takeover where users will be transported into a Where's Wally? scene on the service’s full-screen background.

Taking place on 30 August, and localised across nine countries, WeTransfer hopes to raise awareness amongst its 16 million users that its site is a place to share creativity.

Nalden, co-founder of WeTransfer, commented: “As designers and art enthusiasts we have always been huge fans of the Where's Wally? artwork, so partnering with this iconic global brand is an absolute privilege for us.”

He added: ““The full-screen background that we have pioneered to showcase high-quality creative images from unknown artists and established brands lends itself perfectly to Where’s Wally?. We want to be a place for more and more people and companies to show off their creativity, and we can’t think of a better inspiration than Where’s Wally? to highlight this.”
