HP Sauce looks to build on its manliness campaign with ‘man rules’ packaging

HP Sauce is looking to build on its ‘sauce of manliness’ campaign with a range of packaging featuring ‘man rules’.

The 1.4 million bottles will feature slogans such as ‘makes a sandwich a manwich’.

As well as this, the HP Sauce ‘HP Man Rules’ TV advert is scheduled to return to screens on Sky Sports until the end of 2013, running during Premier League Games and Formula 1 races.

Lucy Clark, senior brand manager for HP Sauce, comments: “With the Sauce of Manliness campaign, we wanted to grab the attention of young men, with packaging that really ‘spoke’ to them.

“The new labels will remind consumers that HP Sauce is the ultimate sauce of manliness and the perfect condiment to enjoy in a bacon sandwich.”

The campaign looks to drive awareness of the brand amongst male consumers aged 25 to 44 years.
