Isobar and Google Wildfire, a social media marketing software provider, have announced a strategic partnership that will combine Isobar’s social media experience with Wildfire's SaaS technology, with the aim of allowing clients to achieve a new level of scale and accountability in their social media strategies.

“To be successful in social media, brand marketing teams, agencies and technology providers must work together collaboratively. And so we’re really pleased that Isobar has chosen to work with Wildfire to scale their clients’ social media programmes,” said Matt Brittin, Google EMEA.

Mark Cranmer, Global CEO of Isobar, added: “Given the nature of globalisation and convergence, it is key that Isobar aligns with the best organisations that have strong reputations in providing consistent, scalable and integrated solutions. Wildfire is a market leader in this field and we look forward to leveraging the platform on a global scale to the benefit of our clients around the world.”

This comes on the heels of Google's announcement that Wildfire technology is being integrated across its DoubleClick suite of products, enabling brands and agencies to see how their social marketing works with the rest of their digital marketing efforts.

This morning, Google Play unveiled a new campaign with Isobar.
