Apple is the victor in the latest patent case against Samsung in the US, just days after President Obama moved to veto a product ban on Apple products ordered by the US International Trade Commission

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) found Samsung was in violation of two patents and banned American imports of some of their devices; with Obama now having 60 days to review the decision.

One of the patents involved the use of touchscreen, while the other covered audio sockets.

A Samsung spokesperson said that measures would be taken to make sure the products would still be available in the US.
