Aussiemite and Toucan team up for Ashes themed campaign

‘Challenger’ savoury spread brand Aussiemite has teamed up with brand activation agency Toucan to launch a brand awareness campaign themed on the Ashes cricket series.

The Third Test in the series is currently underway.

The real time campaign from the “proudly Australian’ company utilises social media to capitalise on the state of play as the game unfolds.

"A huge thank you to Creative Director Andy Stanton and the team at Toucan for launching a real-time 'live' AussieMite Ashes campaign in celebration of the Investec Ashes 2013,” said Elise Ramsey, MD of AussieMite.

“With perfect timing and striking visuals, Toucan is doing an excellent job capturing both Australian and English audiences without creating a divide, but rather advocating AussieMite's support for test cricket at its finest.

“As England and Australia continue to go head-to-head, we hope to engage thousands more in the up and coming tests and generate further increased brand awareness across the UK and Australia."

The campaign extends to include a Taste Test, scheduled to launch imminently.
