University of East London unveils framework agreement for media buying and creative services

University of East London has unveiled a tender for an advertising framework, covering media buying and creative services.

Valued at £1.8m between them, the two lots are both for three years.

It is suggested that six operators might be involved in the framework.

The deadline for receipt of tenders is midday on 16 August.
