With many brands looking at the number Twitter followers it has as a key performance indicator, the business of selling followers is booming.

Judith Ohikuare, a reporter from Inc., created this infograph detailing the Fake-Follower trade; from the wholesalers selling in bulk to the buyers and major signs that show a brand has sold out and bought a couple of thousand fans.

The infograph details that fake-follow sellers can earn between $2 and $30 for each account, while brands, celebrities or politicians might pay as little as $11.18 for 1000 followers.

Five daily retweets will cost, on average, $9 per month, and a regular delivery of 150 a month runs at around $19 per month.
