Melbourne’s Bengar Films has been appointed by Australia Post to create a campaign promoting multiculturalism in the AFL.

Melbourne's Bengar Films designed the promos

The campaign comprises three TV spots launching this week on Fox Footy, featuring Harry O'Brien, Bachar Houli and Nic Naitanui.

"Given four-hours to shoot the three ads, we relied on creating situations where we could find magic in the children and help paint out a visual story for the players,” said Bengar's founder Ben Gartland.

“With a foundation in documentary storytelling, we have become pretty comfortable filming this way, with a small crew on the run. It's always exciting.

"With this campaign for Australia Post and the AFL, we've set out to show children being included and coming together through footy. Our multicultural audiences might not speak English as their first language, so it was important that the story was told simply in pictures.

“We love creating deeper connections with audiences from all walks of life - we hope you enjoy."

Bengar has also been appointed by Australia Post to create branded content for their 'Our Neighbourhood' website and national community programs.
