Dannii Minogue has announced that she is parting company with the fashion brand she launched in 2010, Brand D.

No reason was given for terminating the association with Brand D

She says she will no longer be associated with the brand that she ran with designer Tabitha Somerset.

"In March 2010 I teamed up with Tabitha Somerset Webb to launch the fashion label Project D. Over the past three years we have launched a clothing line, a fragrance and a watch collection,” she said.

“I have now decided to step down from the brand and will no longer be associated with Project D London moving forward."

"I have loved being a part of PDL and am proud of what we have achieved. I wish Tabitha all the best with her business and would like to thank every person who supported us in this project.

"I'm currently enjoying being a part of Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model, and am looking forward to The X Factor Australia starting soon."

No reason was given for the split.

Brand D had been worn by public figures including Kate Middleton and Miranda Kerr.
