Tesco Mobile looks to prove it’s #nojoke on Twitter with Jam
Tesco Mobile looks like it’s on track to become the new O2 of social media, based on a number of comments it made on its Twitter feed over the weekend, including one which received over 4,000 retweets.While the tweets are being written by the Tesco Mobile care team, it is part of a strategy created by Jam, who trained the team on tone of voice for the #nojoke campaign.
