DF Concerts and T in the Park have turned to long-term partner Dog Digital to create two Facebook apps celebrating the 20th anniversary of the festival.

‘The T in the Park CrowdHunt’ interactive app aims to engage fans with detailed animations of the festival stages and campsite as well as a full T in the Park crowd. Acts from this year’s line-up are hidden among the crowd with fans challenged to find all 30 artists for the chance to win a pair of VIP camping tickets.

The app also includes music from T in the Park’s line-up with a Spotify playlist for fans to listen to while playing the game.

Of the concept and design of ‘The T in the Park CrowdHunt’, Dog Digital account director, Kevin McCloskey, said: “The T in the Park CrowdHunt’ has given our creative studio the chance to have a bit of fun with the animations. The app has great viral potential and I think anyone who has ever been to T in the Park will immediately recognise how fitting the concept and name of the app is.”

The second app, ‘My Ultimate Line Up’, allows fans to choose their top 20 acts from the 2013 line-up to create a virtual flyer to share with friends.
