Manchester United logo design winner chosen following unofficial DesignCrowd competition
The winning entry to create a new logo for Manchester United has been chosen, with the winning entry from a designer in Serbia.
The unofficial competition was launched by crowdsourcing website DesignCrowd in May, after it described the football club’s logo as ‘dated’ and wished to find an updated version from its legions of design followers.
The winning designer Slobodan Gajinov, will receive prize money of £250, with the runner up, an entry from the UK, receiving £150.
Entries were judged by graphic designer, and Arsenal fan, Saurabh, who creates logo concepts for clubs.
