Samsung launches global PR agency review

Samsung is rumoured to have launched a review for who is to handle PR for its consumer electronics business globally.

Earlier this year, Fleishman-Hillard was appointed to handle the global mobile business for Samsung, with Edelman and Weber Shandwick also amongst agencies of choice.

The consumer electronics business consists of smartphones and tablets, TVs, laptops and cameras.

AdAge reports that in 2012, Samsung spent $558.8m on global PR expenses.
