Singapore’s NET TV channel has unveiled a new brand identity, designed by The Partners brand consultancy.

The rebrand was undertaken by The Partners agency

The redesign applies the strapline: “a revolution in media”.

“The key point that came out of our strategic planning workshops was that NET stood for ‘authenticity’ and 'inspiring change',” Anant Deboor, managing director of The Partners Singapore office said.

“NET reflects an unbiased, genuine space in the media landscape, so reflecting this was critical. We visualised this idea as a 'ripple', which emanates from the period at the end of the word NET.

“This represents a modern-day take on the radio signal, drawing on the idea that NET is ‘the source’ of news; driving attitudes, opinions and ultimately behaviour, with a personality that is bold, contemporary and has an element of wit.

“We saw the logo as not just static - but with movement and a variety of colours to reflect the diversity of content. This on-screen richness is also brought alive in NET's off-air identity.”
