Sydney’s 1000heads agency, with international offices in London, New York and Berlin, is launching a live 'at your office' experimental campaign in Australia for Nando’s Grocery Australia.

1000heads designed the creative

The stunt involves sending personnel to offices to carry out mock first aid and emergency triage on lunches. The self-styled “perimedics” will perform “resauce-itations”, bringing stretchers of sauces and leaving vouchers and bottles of Peri-Peri in their wake.

"The PERi-Medic execution is a highly visual event that naturally inspires photo sharing, online conversations as well as referrals and recommendations,” said Tim Paton, marketing manager, Nando's Grocery Australia.

The campaign is supported across social media strategy, PR, online advertising and spoof job ads for authorised PERi-Medics.

Participants so far have included Optus in Macquarie Park and Komatsu Australia in Fairfield, with Austereo broadcast studios and Hub Sydney reportedly due a visit.

Lena Habkouk, account director at 1000heads said: "We designed the campaign to allow people to experience the transformation of their own ordinary lunches first hand.

"Reading a recipe card can only go so far. Having the ingredients at hand makes a product trial a lot easier. Through the use of a creative execution we are able to provide a sampling environment that not only gets the product in the hands of consumers, it provides a fun and memorable experience - which encourages word of mouth sharing."
