Box TV has announced it is working with Bauer Media to take its UK radio programme, In:Demand, onto its TV channel.

The new series will air on The Box from 24 May and will utilise Bauer Media’s roster of high profile talent and guests, including Will.i.am, Olly Murs, The Saturdays and Ed Sheeran.

Dave Young, director of programming at Box TV said: “We’re committed to giving labels and artists the best promotional opportunities through our original programming formats.

“The artists and performances on In:Demand radio are first-class and we’re excited to bring these to our audience with this new, exclusive chart show.”

In:Demand has also been made available on the In:Demand YouTube Channel and dedicated website.

Owen Ryan, group programme director for the Bauer Place Portfolio added: “It’s really exciting to bring In:Demand onto television for the first time and this partnership demonstrates how Bauer’s wide portfolio of brands can be utilised to create engaging content for viewers.

“There is great synergy between The Box and In:Demand and this new show will allow viewers to get even closer to the chart and their favourite artists.”
