Commenting on the appointment SJ Kimm at Cheil said: “Over the past year Cheil has made a considerable investment in building a uniquely talented team with integration at its core. Chris’s appointment is a vital element of our on-going growth plans, and he brings not only an outstanding knowledge and experience of the industry with him, but also immense energy and enthusiasm to drive growth both within our business and for our clients. Having Chris oversee our strategy for Europe will be of benefit to the entire global Cheil network.”
Chalk added: “Cheil Worldwide is a unique network, with unique capabilities that have grown out of its contribution to Samsung’s incredible growth. I’ve had the privilege of working with many great agencies and Cheil now offers me the opportunity to contribute to, and learn from, a management team with a genuinely diverse set of experiences. I see enormous potential to build on Cheil Europe’s strong existing foundations and am looking forward to getting stuck in.”
