Hasbro appoints Bite to take over PR for brands including Monopoly, Furby and Transformers

Hasbro has appointed Bite to take over PR responsibilities for over 20 brands.

Appointment: Hasbro has given its PR account to Bite

Marco Bilello, head of consumer at Bite, will head up the Hasbro team, which will comprise a mix of digital experts and client service specialists with consumer communications experience.

"Bite has been tasked with managing Hasbro's PR for all its much-loved brands including Monopoly, Furby, Transformers and Nerf to mention a few," said Bilello. "Bite will also be responsible for a number of standalone projects that will further elevate Hasbro's PR."

Marketing director at Hasbro, Kay Green, added: "The team has the skill, expertise and enthusiasm to really drive the Hasbro brands forward in the minds of the media influencers and consumers."

Bite has invested recently to strengthen its content and digital teams, including the appointment of JCPR's Kezia Anim-Addo as senior account director.
