Precision Creative and Media launches following management buyout

Precision Creative and Media, formerly part of Ten Alps Communications, has launched in Fareham Hampshire yesterday, 14 May.

The agency was launched by Scott Ford, the former managing director of Ten Alps Creative and Media and a former director of Ten Alps Communications, following a management buyout of the existing assets and liabilities from the parent company.

The agency is now aiming to provide strategic and creative direction across a range of traditional and digital platforms to clients in the grey market, health, marine and travel and leisure

Ford commented: “The management and staff at the agency are tremendously excited by this opportunity and the ability we now have to further invest in our team and resources to improve and build our business.

“We remain committed to providing in depth expertise in our core industry sectors and are now looking to improve and enhance our skills and the range of our services to provide even better value and quality of output to our clients.”

Peter Bertram chairman of Ten Alps PLC added: “We decided on this course of action following a review of the B2B Division and the Group’s stated objective of focussing on core assets.

“The agency has been part of the Group since 2001 and has helped deliver commended creative content to an impressive list of clients. We wish Scott and all the staff a bright future in their new venture.”
