Moonpig.com is looking to remind the public that Father’s Day is creeping ever closer in its latest ad by Wordley Production Partners, which looks to show dads as heroes.

The advert, which launches today, opens with a slow motion, stylised, silhouette of fathers holding a mix of props such as L-plates, a baby carrier, tools, holiday luggage, barbeque tongs, bins and even a blocked toilet.

The new TV ads launch, first highlighting an early offer on the Beer Fest Bundle, with a range of 30 and 10 second ad variations, gradually being rolled out during a selection of TV slots.

Moonpig’s campaign, which was planned by MNC, is set to cover television, outdoor, online and social media, with a ‘teaser’ ad available on YouTube.

Father’s Day is 16 June.
