NSW digital agency Amnesia Razorfish has designed an app for client Anthony Puharich, aimed at helping people learn how to choose, prepare, cook and enjoy meat.

Kill it, cook it, eat it

Amnesia Razorfish said the campaign will be supported by a targeted Facebook advertising bid and a PR campaign by Savannah PR.

"I've been a butcher for half of my life and I can't wait to share what I've learned about meat and meat preparation,” said Puharich.

“The Ask the Butcher App is such a great, easy-to-use tool that will help take the guess work out of buying and cooking fantastic meat and make the experience all the more enjoyable. It's not always about buying the most expensive cut, but knowing how to get the best results out of a range of cuts."

Puharich’s father Victor owns Vic's Premium Quality Meat and helped design the app. The app ties in with LifeStyle FOOD's latest TV series, Ask the Butcher, which Anthony Puharich hosts.
