QUISMA appoints Markus Plattner and Frank Schmidt to executive board
Agency network QUISMA has announced the appointments of Markus Plattner and Frank Schmidt to its executive board, joining as global CIO and chief counselor for commercial affairs, respectively.
Plattner joins from the role of CTO at Eyewonder Inc, Atlanta - the second largest video network worldwide; while Schmidt was previously CEO of GroupM Germany.
Ronald Paul, global CEO at QUISMA, says: “For us, 2013 is the decisive year in our growth strategy and we will be establishing the first global network within this segment. We aim to anticipate the market dynamic, therefore, it is of the utmost importance to be the first network to make the leap from Germany as a starting point, over the Atlantic Ocean. Plattner will mainly be responsible for technology, product development and management, while Schmidt will implement standardised structures and processes and will be highly involved in developing the global expansion plan.
