Former ŠKODA product affairs manager Pietro Panarisi joins Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles as head of press and PR
Pietro Panarisi has been named as the new head of press and PR for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
Panarisi will begin his new role as of Monday 3 June and joins Volkswagen from ŠKODA UK where he held the role of product affairs manager.
Alex Smith, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles director, commented: “I am looking forward to Pietro joining the management team. He brings with him a wealth of relevant experience, knowledge and enthusiasm, and will be responsible for spearheading the brand’s media relations activities as we look to build on our sales success and expand our brand.”
Panarisi replaces current press and PR manager John Rawlings who is leaving the group on Friday 7 June in order to relocate with his family and pursue new opportunities.
