Isobar appoints Graham Kelly as regional executive creative director, Isobar APAC

Graham Kelly has joined Isobar as regional executive creative director, Isobar APAC.

Kelly took up the Singapore-based role on 1 May 2013 and will be reporting to CEO of Isobar Asia Pacific Jean Lin. As regional executive creative director for the APAC region Kelly has been tasked with driving creative excellence across the agency’s 21 offices and 13 markets in the region. His appointment also aims to strengthen the agency’s creative offering with Kelly working on key multinational accounts and new business development.

Of the appointment Lin commented: “Ideation and trans-media story-telling are important skills that Isobar needs to possess as we navigate through our next phase. Our ambition is clear; to help transform our clients’ business with channel-neutral ideas and technology, and Graham’s experience, which transcends the traditional and digital world, will allow us to redefine and accelerate our approach to creativity.”

Kelly brings with him over 20 years of experience and has held the title of creative leader at Ogilvy & Mather, BBH, Leo Burnett, TBWA, and Saatchi & Saatchi across Asia. Prior to his appointment at Isobar he held the role of ECD and co-founder of GKIM, a creative/technology start-up, of which he will remain a shareholder with his partner handling the day-to-day running of the business.

Kelly added: “I've worked with advertising agencies that have made the move into digital, and many have done so in an impressive way, but the opportunity to join an agency that has been digital since its inception is really attractive. I’m also impressed by Isobar’s ambition; they're young, hungry and have made huge strides in establishing themselves across the region with an impressive client portfolio.”
