Apple unveils top 25 app downloads of all time
Apple has released a list of its 25 most downloaded apps, both free and paid for, providing an inkling into the interests of its customer base as the tech giant gears up to celebrate its 50 billionth download.
On the free side the list of apps reads as you might expect with the likes of Google services and social media platforms competing against Facebook which secures number one slot.
On the paid for end of the spectrum it is games which dominate however; notably Angry Birds which flies in at number one – alongside three other versions of the bird catapulting favourite.
Rounding out the top five are Fruit Ninja, Doodle Jump and Cut the Rope.
