McNamara’s role will task her with managing and growing client relationships.

McNamara's previously worked at Telstra, ANZ Wealth and Jack Morton Worldwide. Holt worked for the last three years at Traffik Marketing, as an account manager, then associate creative director. His client work included campaigns for Kraft, Cadbury, Mercedes Benz, St George Bank and DHL.

"Our latest appointments, which follow additions to our digital and strategic departments, reflect our commitment to growing our capacity whilst providing our clients a first class team to draw on,” said Gavin McDonough, Urban co-founder and director.

"Trish is a highly accomplished business leader with demonstrated proficiency in experiential, events, sponsorships, corporate communications and brand marketing. Her depth and breadth of experience will add great value both to our team and with clients, while Richard's talent will help to further bolster our burgeoning creative department."
