Aussie and Asia/Pacific passengers hotel boost after British Airways hook up

A partnership between British Airways and boutique hotel specialist Mr & Mrs Smith has resulted in a boost for passengers in the Asia-Pacific region who use the airlines.

The Siam, Bangkok

The group‘s hotels have entered into an exclusive relationship - the first time that the hotel brand has joined up with a flight carrier – to book flights and hotel nights as one seamless package.

"This is the first time we've got into bed with anyone like this, as we wanted to make it easier for travellers to access our curated collection, at the same time as tapping into an extensive flight network,” said James Lohan, CEO of Mr & Mrs Smith.

Claire Bentley, managing director at British Airways Holidays added: “We have grown our hotel selection considerably to over 7,500 carefully selected properties and we're very excited to be adding a new dimension to our range with this special collection of 300 hotels.”

The hotel bookings will have international insurance protection from ATOL. The hotels available to travellers as a result of the hook up include:
