John Coldicutt joins Thunderhead.com as chief marketing officer

SaaS solutions for customer experience management provider Thunderhead.com has named John Coldicutt as chief marketing officer (CMO).

Coldicutt’s appointment coincides with the recent launch of the Thunderhead.com ONE engagement platform and sees him take responsibility for all aspects of marketing at the company.

“John’s breadth of experience will be invaluable in leading our global marketing organisation as we ramp up our drive towards leadership in the enterprise customer experience market,” said Glen Manchester, chief executive officer, Thunderhead.com.

Coldicutt joins Thunderhead.com from Fizzback where he also held the role of CMO. Prior to that role Coldicutt held a number of leadership roles in product, solutions and field marketing within both NYSE-listed Amdocs and Hyperion (now part of Oracle).

Manchester added: “Bringing over 15 years of highly relevant marketing and partner development experience in the CRM, customer experience and business intelligence industries, John is well positioned to help take Thunderhead.com’s new solutions to market and cultivate strategic growth for the brand.”
