MyFerryLink, the new cross-channel ferry service operating between Dover and Calais, has announced the appointment of Fox Kalomaski Crossing.

The integrated creative marketing communications agency has been tasked with the creation of a wide-reaching campaign comprising of digital, national press, radio and direct response advertising targeting motorists intending to drive to France. Supporting material includes exhibitions and a sponsorship deal, handled by TCS Media, with ITV weather.

The campaign proposition aims to build on the fact that MyFerryLink is owned by the crew who work for it, hence the strapline ‘You’ll love my company’.

“FKC have really impressed me with both the quality of their thinking and their creative execution. I have every confidence they will produce great advertising for us,” commented Andrew Kelly, MyFerryLink’s head of marketing.

Gary Jacobs, CEO of Fox Kalomaski Crossing, added: “We are very excited to be able to exploit the uniqueness of MyFerryLink’s French ownership, with employees who are also shareholders, creating undeniable customer benefits both in service quality and in the warmth of French hospitality and catering.”
