Pinterest unveils a new look
Following the unveiling of Pinterest analytics last week, the social media site is now set to reveal a new look with ‘subtle but useful changes’.
Pinterest have said that the changes will include bigger pictures, as well as helping users to stop losing their place while scrolling.
Jason Wilson, lead product designer at Pinterest, explained: “Now, when you scroll through pins and click on something that interests you, the back button lands you right back where you were no matter how far you’ve gone.”
Other changes will also see various buttons added to the close-up views of pins, so users can be more aware that they can see pins from the same board without having to click away; that they can see pins from the same source; and see what those who pinned one image also pinned.
