Genesis Housing Association unveils 2 year advertising and marketing tender

Genesis Housing Association has unveiled a two year advertising and marketing tender, with an estimated value of £1.3m to £1.5m.

According to the tender, Genesis is looking for a supplier who has a breath of experience within the Property Sector and who is able to work in partnership to develop and build upon Genesis' brand to ensure it delivers upon its aim of being a leading property based service provider.

Providers should be experienced with a wide breadth of media and be willing to work flexibly and in a partnership approach to respond to changing customer preferences, bring innovations and expertise within the housing sector that deliver best value.

It is expected that five suppliers will be appointed to the contact, with tenders to be submitted by 3 April and a decision to be announced in May.
