HSBC has this week unveiled new ad ‘the lemon grove’, as a follow-up to last year’s ad which saw a little girl with a lemonade stand.

Created by JWT London, the ad sees the girl visiting India to meet an ambitious and entrepreneurial lemon trader in order to become business partners.

Andrea Newman, global head of advertising and marketing communications at HSBC, said: “HSBC’s global footprint, knowledge and resources facilitate international business opportunities for its customers. The marketing aims to bring this to life with a sense of warmth, simplicity and optimism to inspire growth.”

The activity is part of HSBC’s wider ‘In The Future’ campaign which places international banking at the heart of HSBC’s capabilities, and will be supported by traditional advertising and customer engagement.
