The Red Brick Road senior management team complete MBO
Advertising agency The Red Brick Road has undergone an management buyout from four of its management team.
The buyout has been completed by managing director David Miller, Ben Mitchell, the agency’s planning director and creative directors Matt Davis and Richard Megson.
Miller said “The four of us joined TRBR in 2008 and have helped the agency develop into one of London’s best integrated agencies. We’re thrilled to be leading it forwards.”
They will each hold a 25 per cent stake in the company and continue to operate from its office on Beak Street.
