Performance PR has launched a new division, performance:digital, as it looks to deliver a wider range of social media and digital services.

Performance:digital will work on the creation of integration of digital strategies to delivery of pan-European campaigns.

The new branch is headed by former Edelman and Cake account director, Andy Murphy, who brings with him over 12 years of digital experience in strategic planning and day-to-day delivery of campaigns for brands across digital platforms.

Performance:digital is currently working with clients including; Alfa Romeo, Caterham Cars, CITROËN, Cooper Avon Tyres, Multipower Sportsfood, Nissan, Oddschecker, Triathlon Industry Association and Warranty Direct.

“The move is a strategic reflection of the work we’ve been conducting on behalf of clients over the past few years, as well as growing demand,” explains Andy Francis, co-founder of Performance PR.

Murphy added: "I'm excited to be joining Performance PR at a key point in the agency’s evolution. It has a great track record in delivering results and an excellent team, who are masters in the art of storytelling as a result of their passion for and depth of understanding of all things automotive and sport.

“I'm looking forward to helping develop campaigns to take into account the new social platforms and take advantage of developing technical solutions to tell best the stories that consumers want to hear, where they want to hear it."

Performance PR also recently launched a performance:video division, designed to operate as a standalone broadcast unit to help brands develop video content.
