Former Google Adwords strategist one of five new hires for Epiphany

Search marketing specialists Epiphany has expanded its team in Leeds by adding five new staff including a former Adwords strategist at Google and a chartered occupational psychologist who will focus on further developing talent within the business.

New appointments Rachel Evans, Honor Baldry, Chris Morton, Tony Jacobs and Russ Crooks.

Epiphany now employs 110 digital marketers across its offices in Leeds and London and the Epiphany Group recently established two subsidiaries in the form of Epiphany Digital (based in Sydney, Australia) and Shackleton, the Group’s social media and PR specialist (based in Leeds).

Joining Epiphany is Chris Morton, who joins as a senior account manager from Google where he held roles including technical specialist, analytics specialist and AdWords strategist; occupational psychologist Rachel Evans joins as talent development manager and Honor Baldry joins as senior account managerfrom MadeByPi where she handles clients including Ronseal and Channel 4;

Also joining the agency are former Sense Internet creative director Tony Jacobs as creative content studio manager and Russ Crooks, who joins as senior account manager following five years specialising in PPC at Summit Media working with clients including Argos, Selfridges & Viking.

Epiphany Group CEO Rob Shaw said: “We’re forecasting another twelve months of extremely strong growth and I’m delighted that we continue to attract the most talented minds in the industry. We’ve recently won a series of major new clients including Virgin Holidays and Safestyle UK and we’re just finalising the details on our new Leeds offices that will give us space to keep growing the agency”.
