C&A appoints DDB & Tribal Amsterdam as creative partner agency for Europe

European retailer C&A has named DDB & Tribal Amsterdam as its agency of record for it European integrated business.

The appointment follows a pitch process which included creative agencies from the UK, Netherlands and Germany. DDB & Tribal Amsterdam has now been tasked with developing communications campaigns across traditional and non-traditional media channels, with the first work set to debut this spring.

“We are in the process of revitalising our brand and elevating C&A to the next level. Part of our strategy is to change our communication approach from push to pull. With insights from DDB & Tribal Amsterdam we are creating a relevant and engaging dialogue with our consumers. We are looking forward to inspire our consumers across all channels of brand communications and, naturally, drive them to our stores,” commented C&A Europe brand marketing director Eva Ziegler.
