Adidas fashion PR firm Dust PR calls in liquidators

Soho based fashion PR firm Dust PR, which counts Adidas Eyewear, Barbour and Burlington, has called in liquidators.

The agency, based on Neal Street in central London appointed liquidators on 7 February according to a notice published today by The London Gazette.

Carter Clark Financial Recovery has been appointed as liquidator.

According to Insolvency News which first broke the story, the company owes £26,113 in PAYE tax and National Insurance, as well as £23,085 of corporation tax.

UPDATED: According to Duedil, Dust Pr Limited was incorporated on 10 Jan 2003, and its last accounts showed that it owed £113,357 to creditors and is due £76,882 from trade debtors.

It has also been discovered that at the time of Dust PR's last financial statement, they had £5 in cash reserves, and a book value of £15,286 on 30 March 2012, with 2010 figures showing the agency sitting at a value of -£20,669.
